This is a custom-made stainless steel tray delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer, coated on both the inside and outside surfaces for corrosion prevention. One of the reasons for applying fluororesin coating is to enhance chemical resistance. Typically, the coating is applied only to the inner surface that comes into contact with the contents, but in this case, it was also applied to the outer surface of the tray for corrosion prevention. Since the entire surface is protected with fluororesin coating, it can prevent corrosion not only during the use of corrosive chemicals but also during the splashing of contents and the cleaning process.
